• Green Bay Commercial Corridor Tour: See
opportunities for new development and redevelopment along Green Bay’s busy
commercial corridors, as well as learn more about the tools the City uses
to encourage development in these areas. This tour will focus on past,
present, and future projects having a positive impact on Military Avenue,
Lombardi Avenue and University Avenue….

• Downtown Business Improvement Districts (BID)
Tour: Learn how Green Bay’s three downtown Business Improvement Districts
are driving new customers and new development to create positive momentum
downtown. The Executive Directors of Downtown Green Bay, Olde Main Street
and On Broadway will share the challenges and opportunities facing downtown
and how they are making things happen.
A workshop will be offered, “2010 Tax Relief Act”-- How will the p
rovisions affect you? Presented by Corey Kolbe, CPA and Shareholder of
Schenck with time for exhibits and networking before and after
presentation.Workshop from 11:15 to 11:45am.
